At TheManiyar, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

🛍️ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Any return request raised after 7 days will not be considered.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return request, an unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The entire unboxing process

    • The product and issue (damage, defect, or wrong item)

  • Requests without an unboxing video will be rejected without exception.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Intimate wear or hygiene-related products

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Items without original packaging or tags

🔁 Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Registered mobile number

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Mandatory unboxing video

  3. Send details to:

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

  • Return shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.
