1. Overview

At Maniyar LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are accepted.

Customers are advised to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


2. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.

  • The product is defective.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The product is tampered with at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Clear images of the issue must be shared via email for review.

Maniyar LLC reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or replacement.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Products will not be eligible for return if:

  • The product has been used.

  • The damage is caused by misuse or mishandling by the customer.

  • The return request is made after the specified return window.

If certain items are non-refundable due to hygiene or promotional reasons, this will be clearly mentioned on the product page before purchase.

If a product is marked as non-refundable, this will be clearly communicated to customers before they complete their purchase to prevent misunderstandings or disputes.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • The customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

The refund processing time is typically between 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.

Maniyar LLC does not control the time taken by the customer’s bank to reflect the refunded amount.


5. Shipping Charges & Refunds

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to merchant error (wrong, defective, damaged, or tampered product).

  • In cases where the return is due to merchant error, Maniyar LLC will bear the return shipping cost.


6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from refunds, returns, or cancellations will be handled in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
