Cancellation & Replacement Policy

1. General Policy

At Maniyar LLC, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation & Replacement Policy outlines the conditions under which order cancellations and product replacements are permitted.

Customers are advised to review this policy carefully before making a purchase decision to avoid misunderstandings or disputes.


2. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • The cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped or dispatched.

  • The customer contacts our support team immediately after placing the order.

If the cancellation request is approved before shipment:

  • The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds may take 10 to 45 days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the credit card issuing bank.


Cancellation After Shipment

Once the order has been dispatched:

  • Cancellation is no longer permitted.

  • The customer may refer to the Refund & Return Policy for eligibility of return after delivery.


3. Replacement Policy

Replacement will only be allowed under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is defective.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The product was tampered with at the time of delivery.

To request a replacement:

  • The customer must notify Maniyar LLC within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Clear images of the issue must be submitted for verification.

Maniyar LLC reserves the right to inspect and verify the claim before approving a replacement.

If approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer (if the issue is due to merchant error).


4. No Cancellation Clause (If Applicable)

If certain products are marked as “Non-Cancellable” or “Final Sale,” this will be clearly communicated on the product page before the customer completes the purchase.

If a product is stated as non-cancellable, customers will not be able to cancel the order once it has been placed. This information will be displayed clearly to prevent misunderstandings or disputes.


5. Payment Data Protection

Maniyar LLC does not store, sell, share, rent, or lease credit/debit card details to any third parties.

Debit/credit card details are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway and are not passed to third parties except for the purpose of secure payment processing.

All transactions are encrypted using secure technology.


6. Governing Law

Any cancellation, replacement, or related dispute shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
