To help keep your The Maniyar jewellery looking beautiful for a long time, we recommend following a few simple care tips. Always store your jewellery in its original box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches. Avoid contact with water and protect the piece from hard impacts, as this can damage the metal or stones. It is best to remove jewellery before washing your hands, swimming, or using products such as perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotions, as these can harm the finish and reduce the life of the plating. Please note that fashion jewellery is designed for occasional use only and is not meant for daily wear. Proper care and storage will help prevent fading of the coating or plating. However, if the plating fades due to regular use and the product is still within the warranty period, you may send it to us for free re-plating. The product must be shipped to our office at your cost, and we will send it back to you at our cost after re-plating.

Orders made before 12pm will be delivered for free the same day in Dubai and Sharjah.

Orders made after 12pm will be delivered for free the next day in Dubai and Sharjah.

Those based in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain and RAK will receive free next day delivery.

Item(s) will be delivered to those in GCC Countries within 2-3 days at a cost of 75 DHS.

At The Maniyar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving their order only in cases where the jewellery item is missing or defective. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims and must clearly show the sealed package, the complete unboxing process, and the issue with the product. Returns will be accepted strictly based on the evidence shown in the unboxing video, and requests without a proper video will not be considered. Products are not eligible for return under any other circumstances. Please note that refunds are not provided; once a return request is approved, a replacement product will be issued instead.
